Toasted sandwich maker galore!
Review of Kenwood SM606 by

Advantages: Stores easily
Disadvantages: None
...Not a bad little toaster at all, it's easy to use for one thing, with just a simple light to tell you when it is hot enough to put your food in, my old one didn't even tell me that, you just had to sort of guess!
It has a big pull down handle, which does actually stay cool - a few of the rivals handles do get hot, if you have kids you may benefit from having this over the others, just due to this reason!
It stores upright when notin use, another excellent advantage, I stored mine behind the toaster, completely out of sight. It is a good looking, well designed toaster, it feels heavy and robust, not like it's going to fall apart with every press!
All the talk of toasting food has made me hungry,...

The best bread maker
Review of Panasonic SD253 by
emilynona
Advantages: Excellent bread making made easy
Disadvantages: none
...I was always sceptical about breadmakers until a friend introduced me to this model. Not only is it easy to use and clean, it looks good and doesn't take up too much worksurface room.
I am yet to find a breadmaker that can make so many types of bread and dough - and its a breeze to do. The quality of the loaves are always excellent. It's even easy to make seeded bread, fruit loaves, and healthy italian style bread.
This breadmaker has transformed our bread eating habits. We can wake to freshly cooked bread each morning and know its not stuffed with additives and it has encouraged us to be much more adventurous with the type of loaves we produce.
This is a sturdy, reliable, well designed and durable machine and I am yet to see one to rival it....
