I am a big fan of facialscrubs. I find they keep my skin looking soft, fresh and healthy. A couple of months ago, I ordered some toiletries from Boots.com, but thanks to the rather dodgy search facility, couldn't find my usual Neutrogena product. This Olay product was thrown up though and as it was a good name and the price wasn't too high (it was on special offer at the time), I bought it.
The packaging
The product comes in a very generous 150ml tube that is very easy to use in the shower when your hands are slippy. The colours on the tube are purple, not something that I would usually identify with Olay, but it is attractive enough. Unfortunately, that is about the only plus side to this product.
The claim
The product claims 'to gently lift off impurities and dead skin cells to reveal newer looking skin.' The inclusion ...
Advantages: Leaves skin looking and feeling good and reduces blackheads Disadvantages: None
I?ve been using the Simple range cleanser and toner for a while now and I needed some new eye make up remover and a face wash and so thought I?d get the same brand to complement each other. I went to Boots and they had a 3 for 2 offer on the Simple range and I saw this clear skin oil balancing scrub and thought I?d get that as well as I could do with a new scrub.
The Brand
Simple has been around for almost 50 years and pride themselves on using no perfumes or colours in their products to make their range suitable for even sensitive skin. They first started producing soap and then moved onto skincare products and now have bath and body products along with a men?s range.
Packaging
It comes in a 75ml tube that sits on it?s lid so it?s easy to squeeze the product out. It?s an opaque blue colour so you can see how ...

So what exactly are they?
Well, they are 30 cloths, about 6 by 8 inches, in a little plastic tub. This tub is great – it has ...
