...recently they have introduced internet access, though I have not actually used this yet. (Hence have put 'not applicable' in criteria below.) What amazes me (I have and have had other bank accounts) is the efficiency, courtesy and knowledge of the call centre staff. It just doesn't happen elsewhere!
