First of all its important to mention that The Bourne Conspiracy' game is based on the books not the movie, so don't be disappointed not to see Matt Damon.

The game has one playable mode and that is a typical story. It has 11 levels of varying length for you to work your way through, on 3 difficulties-

Takedowns are performed when Bourne has increased the adrenaline bar from regular combos. With adrenaline you can also perform contextual environmental takedowns which are stunning and immensely fun. These can range from throwing people into walls, to drowning them in a sink or even stabbing them with a screwdriver.
As you progress you can perform stealth takedowns, sprinting takedowns and multiple enemy takedowns.

With the guns you can perform shooting takedowns and multiple shooting takedowns. The range of guns is not amazing but sufficient-

Along with unlockable guns which can be attained via cheats; which you are given when you complete the game.
The game is fairly simple, generally, u just have to progress through a level and finish by defeating a boss.

The graphics are very good and the cinematics are sublime. Examples such as bruises and cuts appearing on enemies faces as you fight adds alot of realism. The sound and music is very appropriate and can make it quite intense.

Throughout the levels you can collect passports which unlock extras such as replayable boss battles and art work is a nice feature to include.

One level is solely driving, in which you must escape in your Mini Cooper from the police. Although it adds another element to the game that to doesn't last long enough. The driving is fun but isn't as realistic as you would have hoped judging by the rest of the game.

The real downside is just how short the game is, even though it is quite replayable, the story will last you no more than 6 or 7 hours.

A real triumph of a game but probably not worth a buy unless you really like it. Download a demo first to try it, don't rent it or you may complete it before you get a chance to buy it.

All in all- 8/10

I bought my copy for £27 in blockbuster but Amazon have deals around £19.99 usually which is a great deal.
