Time to upgrade my old faithful kitchen radio this seemed to fit the bill. Small and compact good looking and seemingly easy to use. To start up was a piece of cake just looking at the controls was enough to put you on the right track let alone the very easy to read instruction booklet. Plug it in extend the aerial turn it on and wait for it to automatically tune the stations itself !! (how hard was that). A basic radio, has a headphone socket and external line out socket for connecting to a amplifier ? Why I do not know. Requires 6 X LR14 C size batteries.( i use it indoors so have know idea ... more
