Robertsons, Fantastic service and very helpful went to comet and curry's and found their staff very unhelpful, I went to Robertsons on the hight street in paisley and was amazed by the staffs product knowledge compared to the other stores I visted I found this one to be the best and as for delivery times they delivered next day!
have to say I highly recommend them to be one of the best electrical stores I have been in! so I dont know what guy above means when I dropped in store the service was fantastic so it appears my friend above is full of hot air! ha ha ...

I confronted the ever so helpful Robertsons helpline and they said that orders have not been cancelled and Indesit still have no stock! This time the lady suggested I cancel the order, which I did.
Their website says they will process a refund in a few days and the whole process will take upto 10 days to return to ... ...minutes to take the money!
Well after 10 day and still not refund I called them. They said they have a backlog and legally they have 30days to make a refund!!!!!!!!!!!!!
After 30 days and still no refund they said they have 30days to make the refund from their end so it would take upto 4 working days to return to my account!
The whole ordeal took 2 months! Basically DO NOT USE THESE CON ARTISTS! ...

Ordered a Hitachi LCD TV. Waited Two week's for delivery confirmation, after re-contacting Roberson's they said it will take another 5 to 10 days to deliver, then after the 10 day period had passed and re-contacting them again, "sorry another 5 to 10 days for delivery". After further e-mails and many further phone call's, '' Sorry 6 weeks minimum before delivery. I then cancel the order and I receive an email stating it will take 5 to 10 day's to ... ...further 5 to 10 days followed by an email saying that it will take up to 30 days before I would receive the refund, that was their legal right.
Robertson's take any order they can and immediately take your money and fail to deliver the goods
Trade with these people at your peril. STAY AWAY!!!!! ...

Order at your own risk. Ordered a Plasma TV attracted by price (I should have been suspicious that they had the cheapest prices!!!) waited one week for delivery confirmation, then they said it will take another two weeks to deliver, then when I call they said that "sorry another 3/4 weeks for delivery". I then cancel the order and I receive an email that it will take two weeks to refund, after which another email saying that it will take up to 30 ...

Some info about Robertsons - I used to work there.
Robertsons are owned by the Conaghan's (actually you can see a good review by one of them if you scroll down.... which isn't the first review they have posted). You can contact the managers by emailing them directly. All the emails are set up as initial/surname@robertsons-online.co.uk . For example:
cconaghan@robertsons-online.co.uk (owner - Con Conaghan)
gconaghan@robertsons-online.co.uk
gkelly@robertsons-online.co.uk
... ...and a lot of the staff have been let go... sadly. Dont be surprised if you find yourself waiting weeks for a delivery or up to a month for a refund. During my time there, they often lost their account with CIH (their main supplier of white goods) as they failed to make payments to the supplier. Looking at their website I see that they are taking a lot of these goods off. They have recently closed down a lot of their shops and closed their buisness-to-buisness ...
