Advantages: a great party game
Disadvantages: ...the staggering price

...are a lot better in Rock Band than Guitar Hero 3, although it doesn't necessarily matter in games like this. The setlist is fantastic, and this is reinforced with all the great downloadable songs from the Live Marketplace. Some of my favourite songs are on it! The Big Rock endings are a fun addition, as well as the solos, which tell you your percentage and you can use the bottom notes of the Stratoscaster Controller (which of course I don't have). ...
...from normal to Overdrive (the Rock Band equivalent of Star Power), it's sometimes hard, if not impossible to see some of the notes, with is quite bad, as you can guess. The only gripe I have is the Band World Tour not being usable over Xbox Live. With this feature, this could easily be one of the best games ever.
