Rock Box

Where i live i am just 10 minutes walking distance from the local town center which is always handy as if i ever decide i want to buy any particular cd i can be there, buy the cd and be home in under half an hour. Whats even better about this is that i can get cds much cheaper than their usual prices of £12.99 in well-known stores at an independent music retailer called The Rock Box. Near to where I live there is a relatively small shop called Rock Box. It is primarily a Record store, specializing in rock, metal, punk and nu metal music (although they do have a few pop singles and albums) As well as CD's, they also stock Hoodies, t-shirts, posters etc... and they always have listening posts to listen to CD's and new releases. The prices are very reasonable. Each new release, for example, System Of A Down - Toxicity (Released last monday) is £11.99 instead of the £13 + that you would pay at Virgin. Many poor, broke students unlike myself will sympathise with the hideous prices charged now-a-days for a simple CD. I may not be poor for a student, but I still don’t appreciated parting my hard earned £20 note in exchange for a must-have CD.
