Advantages: not one dud song on the cd Disadvantages: not as up tempo as some of their other stuff
A well-versed fan of Red Hot Chilli Peppers might disagree but I think this is by far the best album that the band have produced (even better than their greatest hits). It has the perfect mix between laid back serious songs and faster paced jump-around songs. A special mention has to go to 'Scar Tissue' and 'Otherside' which will forever remind me of the years of teenage angst I spent listening to them. Those who like their music a bit more lively ...

Advantages: Great singles included on the album Disadvantages: A few album fillers worth skipping
Brilliant first time album, filled with mellow pop/rock/indie songs great for turning up loud whilst stuck in traffic on the way to work, or for bopping your head up and down to whilst doing your homework. Keane turned what could have been *yet another pop/rock summer album* into a mellow, slightly gloomy at times, cd full of great tracks. All the singles form the album still currently get good radio play, but this is like having the full package ...

Advantages: Two discs are included here of absolute aural excellence. Disadvantages: Two hours of music just doesn't seem enough.
For a long time now I have been a massive fan of the Red Hot Chili Peppers. Always the music is packed full of energy, excitement, and a great lust for life. The music makes you want to get up and dance, it's positive music and the energy contained within the bands sound is always intense. When the band released the 'Stadium Arcadium' album in 2006 I spent months greatly anticipating its release. When the album finally emerged it must be said that ... ...'Stadium Arcadium' is the ninth studio album to have been released by the exceptional rock band that is Red Hot Chili Peppers. Twenty eight tracks make up this album and not a single one disappoints. There are two discs here, both are hugely impressive and always the music is highly energetic and an absolute joy to listen to. From the moment the music begins with 'Dani California' you know you're in for something special; it's an absolutely brilliant ...

Advantages: An album made as an album, not a collection of singles thrown together Disadvantages: None that come to mind
The 90's had produced so much musically that was inspiring, uplifting and exciting that there was no shortage of albums and artists that were vying for the prize of "Best of the Decade". The UK was in the middle of "Oasis mania" when out slipped the third album from Radiohead, a band who had not only had a hugely acclaimed second album in "The Bends", but had also done what no other British artist could do at the time - cracked America. So whilst ... ...it to be quite as good as it turned out to be. Strangely it's also an album with no real stand out track - it has to be listened to as an album, from track 1 to 12, for you to "get it". As you go through the album you'll pick out your own favourite bits, which will become more numerous the more you listen. "Paranoid Android" is, whilst quite artistically indulgent, a song which improves with every listen, as more and more of its subtleties and charms ...
