F.E.A.R

Advantages: Superb Graphics and Atmosphere
Disadvantages: Enemies are a bit repetitive, most locations are "deserted"

F.E.A.R for the PC - Single Player Review The Game: Paxton Fettel (where did they dream that name up?) is a military commander, who has gone off the rails a bit. He has taken command of a battalion of cloned super soldiers who are all telepathically linked to him. Fettel and these super soldiers seem to be on a mission, a mission that you (as the newest member of the First Encounter Assault Recon team - F.E.A.R.) must discover and thwart. Kill Fettel and you kill the link. The Review Of all the different genres of games that are available, the first person shooter (or FPS) is my favourite. From "Farcry" to "Half Life" and from "Doom" to "F.E.A.R", the FPS has a way of pulling me in and holding my attention from beginning to end. In essence all FPS games have a basic "look"; normally you see the action over the gun barrel ...

A weekly rag for bikers

Advantages: Great articles, great photogaraphy, clearly laid out and easy to read, covers bike sport in detail
Disadvantages: Not all articles are relevant because the audience is so diverse, too much advertising

publication that is truly dedicated to the world of motorcycling is the Motor Cycle News (?MCN?). Brief History The MCN was founded by Cyril Quantrill and the first ever issue was printed in a one room office in Fleet Street London. The top story at that time was the exclusive story of Geoff Duke?s ban from the world of motorcycle racing for supporting a rider?s strike. 50 years later and the MCN is still going strong and is, arguably the most popular (and some may say best) motorcycle avialable. The MCN website claims that ??.half a billion papers have been sold and more than 1.5 billion readers entertained and informed over its 50-year history, MCN can lay claim to being the world?s leading source of biking news?.? Content The MCN team have developed a formula that has worked for many years and it looks set to ...

Pedal Cycles in Alloa (Cycle Shop)

Advantages: Good prices, selection of bargain bikes
Disadvantages: limited for the higher end cyclist

Glass and Steele Motor Cycles in Alloa has been around for decades. I only moved to Alloa around 5 years ago but knew of it before that. A friend of my Dad's had a mate that worked there repairing old Jame's motorcycles in the 50's. These days they dont repair motor bikes but actually sell pedal cycles, so the name may be a bit misleading. THE SHOP This cycle shop is a little out of date these days and perhaps suffers a little because it is situated off the beaten track in Alloa. The shop itself is clean and well presented and when you walk by its pretty clear from the bikes in the window that its a cycle shop. Its a pretty small shop but has a goo little viewing area for the bikes. They also have the usual regulatory desk area with some racks behind displaying the spare parts they have to offer. WHAT DO THEY SELL ...
