Awful! I previously owned a Rosemary Conley health grill, and when it got broken (recently), I replaced it with one from the new Rosemary Conley Energi range. On the old machine I used it mostly for toasted sandwiches , and it cooked a toasted sandwich in 3 minutes perfectly, crispy and the cheese melted. The NEW one didn't cook the toasted sandwich at all. It melted the cheese eventually after 5 minutes but the bread was still white and uncooked. The company agreed to take the health grill back and will refund the price in full, as they have been having problems with the range of health grills, and they sent a courier to come and collect it. So there was good service in the end, but not with the product itself.

Quick review of Rosemary Conley Energi HG6 EASY Clean Health Grill
I purchased this machine as a replacement for our existing grill which finally gave up after several years of constant use. It was a very reasonable price, and had the advantage of the removable, dishwasher safe grilling plates. Unfortunately, it is very weak in terms of power. As an example, it took over half an hour to cook some sausages, compared to the 10 minutes of our previous machine.
Although it is very reasonably priced for it's specification, it doesn't compare to the slightly more expensive brands, and personally I believe it's worth spending the extra £10 or so.
I would not recommend this product. ...

...a gift, we dont have the receipt, so Argos won't exchange it and the manufacturer doesnt want to know as we dont have the receipt. I notice that absolutely no-one now sells it except for the Rosemary conely site now. One wonders why they disappeared so quickly!!! ...
