If you love roast lamb then you should definetly try cooking it with rosemary as it complements lamb to perfection. Alternatively you can sprinkle some rosemary on lamb chops and put it under the grill for a quick evening meal. Rosemary is a great herb to have in the kitchen and it is used a lot in french cooking. Add it to a casserole or to flavour a pasta sauce. It is also great with fish or chicken. I am still experimenting with its uses and added it to an omlette the other day which turned out yummy. Rosemary is a good plant to have in your herb garden as it is very hardy and can be used for most of the year. The plant has pretty blue flowers during the spring and does not require much watering. The plant is also easy to dry and store. Most supermarkets stock the herb and it still retains a lot of its flavour in its dried form. I definetly recommend adding rosemary onto your herb rack.
