This is a story about Alfie a single English guy living in New York, he likes his partying, likes his women and more importantly to him loves himself. This film follows his various conquests, young and old, single mum to experienced older woman.
I have mixed feelings about this. I found it a very interesting film, with a good story line, I like the self narating in the film in which he speaks to the camera, its an interesting touch you don't see in many film, mainly because it doesn't work (for the most part), you can't help but develop a feeling for the guy, as he learns some valuable lessons along the way about how to treat women properl.
One thing I would like to say is does Jude Law and Susan Sarandron really kiss in the film - doesn't look like it.

Oh little alfie, he brings back memories, i wander where he is now, possibly lying at the bottom of our toy chest.
My youngest daughter had a love affair with alfie right from the day she was born, and by the time she had learnt how to cry if she wanted something we couldnt even change rooms without afie or there would be tears, alfie only cost me £7.99 from woolworths
Alfie has a soft head, legs and arms with a plastic body, he has 3 lights on his tummy which are also buttons and a heart on his tummy which is his on off switch.
Alfie is so adorable, he sings, makes eating noises, says a few phrases and teaches one two three. He has a velcro loop on the top of his head which we used to use to secure him to the pushchair and car seat when we went out so he wouldnt get lost .
My daughters love affair with alfie lasted about 2 ...
