The on-line info is impressive, but my day at Roundelwood was very disappointing.The swimmingpool is separate from the main building, the facilities are limited and run-down, the lounge area is depressing, and used by non-spa guests, atmosphere is austere and treament room was cold, although therapists professional. You have to get dressed between treatments, and to go to pool. No dressing gowns, towels very worn, decor faded and dated. To be avoided and don't be deluded by the pictures.
