    Advantages Advantages Low calories and fat; not unhealthy (really); lovely guilt-free snack and pud;

    Disadvantages Disadvantages Could be a little sweeter though this can be resolved

    Okay, before I start I would like to point out that this jelly has been re-branded as 'Hartley's' jelly (Rowntree manufactures this). Just thought I'd let you know in case you like my review, decide to buy some but wander the supermarket aisles for ages looking for it. :-) I practically live of sugar free jelly because it's low calories and satisfy's my sweet craving in between and after meals. I know it sounds odd; a sugar free jelly that satisy's a sweet tooth but the fact is that it contains sweetners and natural balckcurrent juice; but I'll get to that in a bit. I usually buy Asda own ... more

    Advantages Advantages Eat as much as you like without the guilt!

    Disadvantages Disadvantages Do you know when the sweet craving will hit??

    Sometimes I just get the need to eat something sweet. As most of the women out there know, this is ten times worse at certain times of the month. We all know sweet things are generally bad for us and if you are like me and are on a permanent diet how do you fulfil those cravings? A few years ago a friend recommended that I keep a made up sugar free jelly in the fridge. This was when I first became acquainted with Rowntrees Sugar Free Jelly. The jellies are available in most supermarkets and come in several flavours: raspberry, strawberry, blackcurrant and lime and lemon. They cost around 60p ... more

    When I'm back on my diet I like to treat myself to something tasty, as with all diets they get boring and its always tempting to nibble on something thats not good for us, so my little treat is Jelly. Rowntrees Sugar Free Jelly is a free food if your doing the slimmers world diet as it has no sugar Rowntrees Sugar Free Jelly has only 9 calories per serving and 0 grams of fat so go ahead eat the whole bowl full if you like. I love jelly and buy it in everytime I go shopping and make it up to set in the fridge everyday, so that when I'm feeling like a tasty treat I can go and binge on jelly to ... more

    Advantages Advantages NO FAT JELLY

    Disadvantages Disadvantages not bad for a sugar free

    If you looking for something that is low calorie for a desert, here is a great idea from Rowntrees, a sugar free jelly. Well for a start the picture tha Ciao have put on above is incorrect, it is not the boxed jelly so beware of that fact other wise you could buy a jelly full of sugar. No this is the Rowntrees Sugar Free Jelly and it comes in a double rip sachet and comes in various flavours such as Orange, Strawberry, Raspberry and Blackcurrant so there is quite a good range. Something that I have spotted in the two different packs that I have got in from of me is the Orange one has 26g per ... more

    Advantages Advantages filling and low calorie

    Disadvantages Disadvantages not a very nice taste

    Well, I'm a big jelly fan and thought I may as well give the sugar free version a try seeing as we're being bombarded by diet products at the moment, and some of them aren't half bad. Finding the bad ones is an unpleasant experience though, as I found with this. Packaging Unlike the normal Rowntree's box, you get a pack of two sachets of jelly, for around 60p, and it is brightly coloured in green and of course the colour of the flavour of jelly inside. I chose Strawberry, as I am a big fan of Strawberry jelly. Preparing the product You make the jelly up with a mixture of boiling and cold water ... more
