Ahhh, Roxio! It is unbelivably easyto use and literally does all the work for you! I spent all day cutting video clips into different streaming videos, then i stumbled upon RoxioEasyDVD Copy and it gave me extensive menu functions and themes! Unfortunately for me, because i didn't have the premium version, if i wanted more power over customizability then i had to pay to upgrade! I could only imagine how fantastic the premium would be if i was this impressed by the basic! All you have to do is insert a blank DVD, import your video files, and it seperates them into chapters for your, you then have the option of naming these chapters! And when i say chapters, i mean buttons that you can highlight with your Mouse/Remote Control and not have to watch through the whole film! And certain DVD players even allow you to use the chapter skip ...

I bought this software after a similar product failed to work correctly.
At first I was really pleased with it as it was easyto load and relatively simple to use. The instruction manual is not particularly useful as it doesn't give you an estimated time of how long things should take to load but even for a complete beginner like me it seemed straightforward enough!
However, when I actually tried to use the software it seemed to take too long to burn film (about 4 hours). The troubleshooting guide in the instruction manual is appalling with problems such as "Where do I find the serial key?" and nothing more technical.
I tried to find help on their website but, again, there was nothing useful. I found their helpline but didn't get through because I spent a few minutes on hold being charged 80p per minute.
