Terrible. I was told that Airsure was a fast , effective and safe method of sending overseas deliveries. What a joke!!!!! I send a letter to the US, and was told it would arrive within 5 days. It appears it's stuck in limbo. The UK and US tracking have said the same thing since day 2, and while the UK are telling me that the US have the documents, the US side emphatically tells me there is definitely no record of the item in the States. I phoned both the UK and US postal services, and was told my package left heathrow 6 days ago???? But the US side say that there is no record showing any scan that the package has even left the UK. The money I've spent on telephone calls, I could have used a reliable service. I am stuck in limbo, and wonder if my parcel will ever be delivered. It contained notarised documents, which I will have to foot the bill for again if it doesn't show up. One word- PATHETIC
