Our boiler brokedown 2.5 weeks ago and we are still without hot water and central heating with temperatures of -2 degrees outside! Engineer arrived next day, diagnosed the problem, orderred the part and tried to fit it 5 days after but couldn't. Returned the part only to be told it was the right part and reorderd it. 4 days later was told another part was not working. Still waiting for it to arrive! Calls went unreturned. Team leaders, managers were incapable of resolving the problem. WE had to do most of the chasing for updates, parts etc.! Still hoping boiler is
fixed by Friday, 18 days after boiler broke down!! Paid dearly for cheap service.
