Ruby & Millie is a cosmetic brand that was developed by Ruby Hammer, International make-up artist and Millie Kendall, former PR consultant. The brand contains make-up as well as cosmetic accessories like applicators, nail files, buffers, ... ...the pen is silver with Ruby & Millie written in white letters. Each end of the pen shows the actual eye shadow within the cap. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
