If you have ever thought you would like to run but havent had the confidence or thought you couldn't do it think again. This book if for you!
I got the book when i signed up for a Race for Life two years ago and I have never looked back. The idea of running a 5K was daunting me and the only reason I was talked into taking part was because it was for charity and then i saw the book advertised through the magazine Zest (who were involved in the book itself?.
The book breaks the running down so you start off by running for just 60 seconds and walking for 4 minutes. It slowly builds up the running time and reduces the walking time but this is so gradual you hardly notice your running for longer
The book gives you a week-by-week plan along with motivational stories, tips and advice. Its exceptional that so much is in the book.
If you can already run 5K the book will train you up in the second half to run further and quicker.
If you follow the plan you'll loose weight, get healthier and fitter and get bags of confidence along the way. You cannot go wrong!
