Russell Hobbs 10810 Panini Sandwich Press

Advantages Looks very posh and makes a great panni
Disadvantages Not very easy to store away
This item makes cafe style toasted ciabatta and panini bread sandwiches, which is basically a hot sandwich which is slightly toasted on the outside. It's surfaces are flat which makes for rapid heating from cold and also makes them easy to clean. The non stick coating inside also improves the cleaning when you've overfilled your sandwiches and the contents spill out. It has a toughened glass cover with a cool Russel Hobs logo. You can prepare approximately four rounds of bread sized sandwiches at once making it easy to satisfy everyone at the table in almost one go. It has a horizontal floating hinge for variable thickness sandwiches allowing hot Scooby Doo sized snacks.
Just great in the kitchen and looks the business!

Hi welcome to Ciao. I opted for the Breville sandwitch toaster which was about £35. From your review I can't see the difference so maybe a fuller description of the advantages of this one over the cheaper alternatives would have helped. Good luck in Ciao. Dave

Heya welcome to ciao! You may want to write abit more about the toaster, your reviews quite short!!
Where can you get this machine from? Our Paninni grill at work has permanenly wavy edges which means you get a professional looking bread when it has finished - shame this doesnt have interchangeable plates. Also any parts dishwasher safe?
