simple to use standard coffee maker, okay for price & you do have the additional option of making the coffee more concentrated, I used mine for about 6 months but as I drink a lot of coffee throughout the day I wanted to upgrade as this wasn't getting the coffee hot enough & it did cool quickly, good for those who want a couple of cups in succesion or if you are going to use the entire pot of coffee immediately, durable enough for light use but definitely not for avid filtered coffee drinkers, I ended up heating mine in the microwave on more than one occasion but the first cup was okay.
