I bought my first bread maker out of impulse, the idea of having freshly baked breat at home was apealing and although I did some research I bought this breadmaker due to it's price ad a couple of features I thought were useful such as the delay timer.

Making the bread is relatively easy, just add the exact ingreadients as per instruction leaflet and voila, you have your bread.

I've used it to make pizza dough and it's the best, everyone loves the home made pizzas now.

Only drawback is that for a big loaf it takes over 3h to make, and due to the tin size it's quite difficult to cut the bread. The way I got round to this is take the dough out early (at around 2.5h), then work on the shape of the dough and put it in the oven at 220 for half an hour, this cuts the whole process by 1h and it produces a very rustic bread!

Other than that, I love my bread machine!
