I bought this RussellHobbs Steam glide Professional Iron which is styled in a rich purple colour way and boasts 2200 watts of power from Argos for around £21 which is great value for money. I decided to buy this iron because my old iron had stopped working after only just about a year which is my own fault for getting such as really cheap non brand iron at the time.
I am not usually all that keen on ironing but since getting this attractive iron from agros I have quite enjoyed ironing as the iron is so nice to the touch and is easy to iron clothes. The fact that it has a ceramic soleplate effortlessly glides over fabrics, cutting down on ironing time.

RusselHobbs are often extremely well made and durable appliances however this is not the case with this product. I'll admit that this iron looks extremely stylish and well made, however it isnt. I personally dont own this product but I bought one for a Christmas present for my friend as a joke and she has being ranting on about it ever since. It has a dial which adjusts the heat for a variety of different textures of clothes such as silk, cotton and that material on sports wear. However no matter what heat setting it is on it still seems far too hot for the material. My friend has said that she has burnt more clothes that not with this iron.
