When my old Sharpe microwave finally went into retirement after many years of re-heating beans, warming up milk and zapping potatoes I replaced it with a shiny new Russell Hobbs microwave (will be referred to as RHM from here). I bought this exact microwave with money I had received as a house warming present just 8 months ago. It had worked fine up until last month which gives it the grand durability of 7 months...disappointing. The main issues I had with this product were firstly: the buttons which I found to be quite flimsy and secondly the loudness of the microwave, compared to others this model seemed quite noisy. I purchased this microwave from Morrisons also and feel let down with the products overall performance but have lost my receipt in the midst of moving house!
