Manufacturer's product description
The SAGEM PVR 7280T belongs to the very latest generation of SAGEM Terrestrial TV receivers/recorders. With a 80GB hard disk, the SAGEM PVR 7280T gives you access to 10 Top Up TV plus 30 free channels in digital quality for picture and sound plus enables up to 40 hours recording of TV programs in DVD-like quality. The design objective of this silver set top box is to meet the demands of today's busy lifestyle with a slim and stylish finish, offering powerful and easy-to-use features. Bringing so much more than just simple recording functionality, the SAGEM PVR7280T, with its hard disk and twin tuner, brings a new dimension to your TV. Enabling you to surf as you wish between live and differed time, you can 'interrupt' at your leisure, any live program (for a maximum period of 30 minutes) and continue from the point at which it was paused in differed mode. Due to the function 'instant replay', you are also able to replay scenes of a program (30 minutes maximum). As a result of SAGEM PVR 7280T twin tuner, it is possible to watch a program (live or recorded) and record another at the same time. Many functions such as the 7-day Electronic Program Guide - EPG, with resized video and easy recording schedules increase your entertainment and ease of use. The high-technology processor allows a very quick and easy installation process, with an antenna adjustment tool for optimal signal quality. Finally, in order to be integrated easily within your audiovisual equipment, the SAGEM PVR 7280T possesses a wide range of terminals with 2 SCART, Digital and Hi-Fi audio outputs to interface with your Home-Cinema system.
Advantages: Integrated Freeview, 20hrs+ recording time, No tapes, Freeze and rewind live TV Disadvantages: Can be temperamental
...I have owned this ever since it first appeared in the shops. To start with there were quite a few teething problems and only the hardcore stuck with it. But now that Sagem has finally sorted out the firmware, this is a great little box. If you record a lot of TV you might be better with the PVR6280 (80GB hard drive) or even the 160GB hard drive model that is now available. But if like me you struggle to video 20hrs of TV before deleting older programs, then this is the one for you.
Easy to use. Great fun. And a price that can;t be matched by any other twin tuner system - e.g. you can watch one channel whilst recording another or look at a recording whilst recording a new program etc.
Even the wife loves it and knows how to operate it, need I say more.......

Advantages: Record Programmes/Films Straight onto HDD / 7 Day EPG Disadvantages: Not able to Use 'Top up TV'.
...All in all this is a great product - it sets up automatically so you don't have to manually tune in the channels - the remote control is simple & easy to use - & as with other satellite/digital providers enables you to use the 'Red Button' so you can interact with the channels. The Menu system on screen is easy to navigate around. As the product has a twin tuner, you are able to watch one channel while recording another - you can also watch a previously recorded programme & record another at the same time...fantastic! - you can pause live tv (up to 30mins) to allow for refreshment & loo breaks (oohh & the blasted telephone!) There is an excellent electronic programme guide (up to 7 days) which again is easy to navigate around - if you want to record a programme you just press the record button - & it will automatically schedule...

Advantages: Small, easy to use and decent picture quality, with twin tuners. Disadvantages: May not have some of the bells and whistles of a Humax.
...channel. The EPG is OK - it's not the fastest in the world, but it is perfectly adequate, and it is very clear. Selecting what to record is as easy as putting the cursor on the program ame and pressing a red button - just as you do with Sky+. In fact, it seems just as easy as Sky+ to me. I bought this from Argos for £99 and considering it has a 160gig HD, I recon that's a good price. After reading earlier reviews of Sagem PVRs I was a bit cautious, but it seems that Sagem have the software bugs sorted out now, so you now get a really nice PVR for very little money....

Gonna keep this short:
Well I just needed a basic phone when I brought this. Even though this costs just £15, it is very robust and stylish (friends thought it was expensive). For a phone this cheap you probably won't expect it come with
