The television has a very stylish and sleek design to it. The screen is of 'super flat' specification which means it has a very slight curve compared to pure flat screens however, the ... ...as good with crystal clear output with no vibration or distortion as you turn the sound up.
The TV has 5 screen viewing options such as 16:9, 4:3, subtitle, zoom and letterbox however I do feel a few extra options such as super wide would be of extra benefit to some people.

The picture controls are easy to adjust with 3 presets: soft, natural and rich. A user setting is also available which like the sound you adjust to your own personal preference.
The TV has two scart sockets on the rear. S-vhs and composite video inputs are on the front. I am only disappointed by the lack of phono outputs on the rear for connecting to an external amplifier.
The remote control is easy to use and lightweight. It is also of stylish design.
Overall I am happy to recommend this TV to anyone. The three years guarantee gives you peace of mind should any fault develop. It is a very good product at a fantastic price. Buy one now! It also gets the big thumbs up from my significant other!!
Update 29/02/2004: so far no problems with this TV. I am very happy with it. Asda have now reduced this TV to £349 but only give a one year guarantee on their electronic products.
