SIIG Serial ATA+Ultra ATA Combo

...I recently bought one of these cables to connect my hard drive (also WD – Western Digital) to my motherboard. I had never used SATA before and was only familiar with IDE cables – the annoying thick ones that are a pain to connect. Unlike IDE cables, SATA leads can only be plugged in one way at both ends. This cable holds the power connection stable too. This cable can only really be used on Western Digital hard drives, but they are a leading manufacture and highly recommended. Both WD Raptor and WD Caviar SE Serial ATA drives use this unique connection, but there are also other SecureConnect compatible hard drives out there. The main reason you would buy this rather than any old SATA cable is because of its SecureConnect design which holds it in place nice and tight. Advantages: its an all in one
Disadvantages: can be noisy at times!

...running too much at the time. I'm a multi-tasking fiend who likes the PC to do everything at once (its a bad habit I need to break.) Overall though I've had no problems with this drive and even though it has it's little faults, I would heartily recommend the drive to anyone on a budget. I managed to install this drive into one system and saved a bundle, which i passed onto the buyer and we were all happy bunnys. A great combo. I use it and I'm very picky about the PC's I build. ----- (There was no manual because installation is so easy and I havent had the need for tech support so i put the ratings box's to 'satisfactory' to avoid a bad rating.)... Advantages: very good processor with unique vast features.
Disadvantages: the flat screen looks too fragile.

Its storage controller is very efficient and reliable with the 1x IDE- integrated and with ATA- 100 controller interface Playing PC video games is possible do to the presence of integrated type graphic controller with Intel GMA 3000 and also with dynamic video memory technology 4.0 type and with 256mb maximum allocated RAM size. Its main board is of Intel 946gz express with 800mhz data bus speed. Its cache memory capacity is L2 cache and with 4mb installed memory size and the cache Per processor is 4mb.
