A great introduction to SLR photography

Advantages: Simple to learn and use, Excellent Quality Images, Manual control settings
Disadvantages: Perhaps a little too light, not compatible with some lenses, not for professionals!

An excellent entry-level camera

Advantages: Excellent quality of build, Easy to use modes, Lots of potential accessorising/lenses
