Advantages: constant updates, very sleek, Disadvantages: worried about scratching it
advantage to me as I'm constantly working online but traveling and have things to do out of the house, i can easily access wirelessly through 3G and haven't yet had one problem with connection.
If you need to check your emails, websites, need a detailed diary/calender, this will work perfectly for you as it does for me.
I was also worried about how to charge it as with the apple ipods you only get the lead which connects to a computer via the USB where as the iphone comes with a plug socket as well as the lead.
The graphics, the colour, the screen is all amazing i love this phone and can't see my self changing it for a long long while.
As of yet i haven't felt any faults with the phone but will add more content to this review if i did. ...

The Apple iPhone 3G comes with a very good sleek design and there are many features loaded the 3G network is very fast to access and this may revolutionize the current world of mobile browsing the looks of the phone are excellent with multi sensing touch technology allows the phone to sense the multiple touch
the apple iphone store allows the phone to use many third party sofware
the volume is louder and clear with no distractions
the display is crystal clear and the music through the headphones is just awesome to hear
just a must have for music lovers and who loves the ipod in a phone

The iPhone 3G is (almost) all the phone you'll ever need. Don't listen to the iPhone knockers, it's a fantastic piece of kit, it's so slick and easy to use that it even makes me use it to call people more than I ever normally would (I am a man after all so phone calls are short and not always sweet!).
The build quality is excellent, I've had mine for a few months now and there isn't a scratch on any surface, it (almost) never crashes (occasionally Safari crashes after a heavy browsing session, and some 3rd party apps crash from time to time).
The interface is REALLY slick. All of the built -in applications and most of the 3rd party ones you can download from the App Store (more later) integrate with each other very well. For example, if you have a friend's postal address in their Contact, start typing their name in the GPS ...
