I got this item bought for me as a gift it worked great was easy to use and the sound quality was quite good it looked and felt good it would crash once and a while but easy solved with a pin in the reset button on the back.
The software was quite hard to get to grips with.
It worked great for about 2 month and then started to go wrong all help line numbers are Usa Or Japan, the home web page offerd little help if any and was not very user friendly and customer service was no help either so I sent it back to store and they can not replace it so im having to take refund on my experiance i would avoid this and not recomend to UK users
