My mum is the proud owner of a saab 93 se convertible 2.0L turbo and i am lucky enougth to have driven it.

You may think that a saab is an old mans car but by christ it will eat most other cars on the road with its 2.0L T engine boosting out a nice 185bhp that might not sound much to most people but the car uses it very well by taking it from 0-60 in a staggering 7 seconds no old mans car now is it.

This beast of a car also handles very well with very light power stearing and wide tires even though it has soft comfort suspension. It is well balanced with a firm chassis which helps with turning it so it goes where you point it.

It is quite a sexy car in a way (well i think so) and when the roof is down it look so cool cant wait to use it in the summer. The saab was 1 of the first convertible cars to have a solid rear window putting the roof down is really easy its all electronic so you just use a button. The inside of the car looks quite posh to with sand leather seats and an oak finish dash.

The seating position is very comfortable and all the controls are at arms reach there is plenty of room in the front but in the back is a bit of a squease but still nice to sit in when the roof is down in the front you feel hardly any wind even at 70 you can still wear a hat.The back is a completely different matter you might want to hold your hair on it can get very windy there and you also feel really small in the back.

The saab comes with many features lets see if i can remember them all.It comes with a 6 cd changer in the boot and the sound quality from the 4 speakers in the front and the 2 in the back is really good. The car also has econ a/c which i dont no much about all i no is you can have the roof down in the winter and still feel as snug as a bug in a rug lol.

All i can say is it is a very good car from my standard and if you are concidering getting 1 go for it even though it might set you back just over £20,000 but worth every penny i never use to like saab's till i drove 1 dont knock it till you've tryed it.
