Sacla Roasted Red Pepper Pesto

I love pasta but normally go for something really saucy when i have a pasta dish. However a couple of years ago i thought i would try Pesto. I've tried green, red and roasted red pepper pesto and definately think the roasted red pesto one is the best by far. There is only one make you can go for if you intend on buying it and that is Sacla. Pesto is a well known Italian ingredient and whilst usually accompanies pasta is very versatile and can be used elsewhere in cooking. I will show you some of my ideas later. I'm back living in Canada now but was living in Birmingham for 3 years. I love this pesto! It jazzes up a basic staple and has all sorts of flavour - and you don't need that much of it. I discovered it while babysitting a friend's toddler who wasn't too enthused about eating so I was trying the old ....mmmmm, it's really tasty routine..... when to my surprise I discovered it really was!
