After having a salesman turn up on my doorstep offering for someone to come to MY house and give me a so called NO OBLIGATION QUOTE. I agreed. I received a telephone call from what seemed a nice man confirming the appointment for some to come the following evening at 6pm. I agreed. The lady turned up, came into my house as though she couldn't be bothered and didn't give much in the way of a sales pitch, she rushed through and then got up to start measuring up for windows. we sat back down and she just seemed to punch a few numbers into her calculator and then come up with a figure of £6900 for 5 windows, then said if we signed up and they could use our house for their internet promotion it worked out at £3700. She went onto start discussing finance as though i was thick and didn't understand what she was talking about which was a real insult. cheeky cow!!!! I then told the rep I needed to go out, she then started asking questions where I was going, when I was going to be back and if she could come back to discuss further finance options, I stated that she had told me what i needed to know and that we would get back in touch if we were to go ahead, she then telephoned another rep and said in front of us that "We were a waste of time", we then got up and offered to carry her bags out for her!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Needless to say I will NOT be going to SAFESTYLE UK for my windows. They can BOGOF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It doesn't seem like theres one decent window company around at all these days. I wrote a piece on my bad staff treatment with coldseal, we really aren't safe from these monsters are we? Faye x : )
