I've just changed to Vodafone PAYG and got this phone from The Link.
Sagem are initially a French owned company, their phones are getting more and more well known and this is one of their best I have seen. The majority of their phones are candybar type, this one is a clamshell.
It only comes in one colour, blue, with a silver bit down the front. It has a black and white LCD outer screen showing battery strength, time and date, signal. It will let you see the caller's name when it rings. There is also an LED light that you can personalise to flash in many different ways, ie. when on silent, messages etc.
There is a button on the side of the phone (when closed) that lets you drop an incoming call if pressed for long enough.
On opening the phone you will see the layout of the keys is all very much the same as a normal phone. It has a colour screen, with x4 digital zoom camera and can also take video with sound. Its just on Vodafone at the moment and this is set up to receive Vodafone Live!
The ringtones are polyphonic and you can download more from Vodafone as you can with wallpapers, screen savers and games all from their Live! website which is free to use.

Built-in technology : Hi-Fi and 64 tones polyphonic ringtones. dual band, JAVA™ MIDP 2.0, data and fax modem, T9, SMS, MMS, WAP, GPRS* , camera, voice recorder.
Battery : up to 240 hours in standby time and up to 4 hours in talk time.
This phone is on Vodafone and retails for around £40-50. As well as blue it now also comes in pink as well.
I found it very easy to use, key layout is very easy and so are navigating around the menus etc. Reception and quality of the phone are excellent, I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a basic clamshell phone.
