I got the Sagem My X-5 after my Nokia 3330 was stolen. I initialy chose the phone because of it's colour screen and polyphonic ringtones and also as it was only £79.99 (a bargain). The phone is very small and light (lighter than the Nokia without the battery!) and is fairly easy to use. For text addicts like myself the phone has predictice text and is easy to work, however, the personalised dictionary is not up to much. I still haven't worked out how to store my own words, though I have done it by accident a few times! The screen occasionally freezes when composing a message but you just have to hold down the red key for a short period of time. The tones stored in the phone are quite good, however, it is very difficult to download good polyphonic ringtones and you need a data cable, which is not supplied. This is especially disappointing because polyphonic ringtones are a major attraction to the phone! Although I am having withdrawls from the Snake game on the Nokia, Megabox Conquest on the Sagem is becoming just as addictive :) Although it has bad points the phone is good value for money, is easy to use and has a vibrant colour display and reasonable ringtones.

Hi and welcome to Ciao. Hope you don't mind a bit of advice but if you edit your Op and describe some of the phones other features, baterry stand by and talk time, signal & reception, where you can buy it etc you'll probably get a very helpful rating. Hope you enjoy Ciao. Marie x.
