i think this phone is brilliant. it does the job and it does it well. its really easy to use and the menu makes it really easy for beginners using mobile phones to understand (i also brought my nan one and she loves it.) i am quite clumsy by nature and mine has also taken a few bashings and hasnt broken and is quite okay so i was really impressed by the overall quality. You really cant fault it, the screen is nice and big and clearly visible... i would definitely suggest buying one as they are brilliant for any person to use, but particularly good for people that are new to using mobile phones as they are so easy to use. i was genuinely really impressed overall by the quality.
