AROMA: Full bodied and a strong and deep aroma is given off from these Sainsburys own brand 100% columbian coffee beans. Theres nothing quite like a gorgeous sweet yet deep smell of coffee brewing first thing on a crispy cold winter morning. And our choice, the cheap skates that we are in the office, is a Sainsburys own brand beans from the coffees of the world range. At only £2.25 a bag, its really good value for monay as this last 4 of us almost a whole month. This resealable bag of the highest quality coffee beans have been grown high in the mountains of the Andes to produce a coffee with a rich smooth nutty flavour. Selected by sainsburys from a distributor in columbia which has produced fine quality coffees since 1911where only the finest high grown Arabica coffee beans from Colombia have been selected and medium roasted to produce this finely balanced rich, smooth and nutty flavour coffee.
TASTE: Strong and gorgeous. I absolutely love this coffee and woud choose it anyday over the instant crap you get from nestle, kenco or own brands. Although it takes more effort, time and expense as you have to buy a coffee making machine inorder to use these beans, It really is worth it. Deep, warm with a slight yummy nutty taste, accompanying a smooth texture, its the perfect winter drink.
No surprise then I'm awarding 5 stars of rating to this lovely and worth while cuppa. Even if coffee is not your thing this is worth a try, you can make it creamier with more milk, or cream. The addition of sugar can also help sweeted it if you're usually not a strong coffee person. Delicous none the less, and if you are a coffee person then this is highly recommended, only £2.25 a bag - definately worth a try. And if you don't like it i'm sure someone will catch a whiff and will be happy to take them off your hands.
