Having continued in lazy cooking mode this week, I decided to sample another of the dishes in this Sainsbury’s range of healthier option eatables. I enjoyed this rather more than the Chicken and Lemon Meatballs I previously reviewed but mainly because there was more to enjoy! As I am trying to keep on a healthy eating option, I recently bought Sainsbury’s Be Good To Yourself – Tomato and Basil Chicken with Roasted Baby Potatoes. I found this meal for one person in the chilled section of my local Sainsbury’s store.
