I was recently introduced to Sainsbury's Pizzas having tried the Mediterranean Vegetable and the Margherita whilst dining with a friend. I popped to my local Sainsbury's one shopping trip and picked up their Garlic Mushroom Pizza. It's a 10'' (or is it 12'') and costs £2.69. And at that price it is a bargain for the flavour that is introduced into your mouth. Cooked just right (12 minutes from fresh) this pizza is creamy, garlic-ky (but not too much), smokey and very tasty. There is a marscapone cream base in addition to the usual tomato and this combined with the garlic mushrooms is a match ...
