Sainsburys have been a life saver, literally in my dogs case! My dog fell ill about a year after i took out the insurance and i was worried as to how they would react to the big claim i initially put in for. My dog has a terminal illness and if it was not for my pet insurance i dont know what i would have done. Sainsburys have been brilliant!! Very understanding, efficient and i have had no problems with the endless claims i have had to make over the past 2 years.
I decided on sainsburys due to the £6,500 vet fee cover, however i know that since i signed with them they have increased this to £7,500 which is brilliant, especially for the price! I have come across a couple of other insurers with equal coverage, however they are far more expensive!
I am very glad i took out my policy with sainsburys and i would definitely recommend them to any pet owner. 1st class service!
