Advantages They are very effective

I like to take Sainsbury’s Spearmint flavoured antacid tablets. These cost me £2.20 and they come in a cardboard box of 48 tablets which are in a little foil pack. There are instructions inside the box which you must read carefully before taking in case they clash with any other medications you might be taking at the same time. I prefer these to the fruit flavoured antacid tablets or the peppermint ones as I feel the taste is nice and more pleasant.I always take two of these as one is never enough and is fine to take two at a time. If I eat a heavy meal I find I can become bloated and suffer from nasty heartburn and indigestion. If I take two if these after a heavy meal I find that my symptoms will have almost disappeared after about fifteen minutes.
I think the price of these is very fair as they work very well and just as well as the branded antacid tablets I have also bought such as Rennies. Rennies are a lot more expensive than these. Each tablet contains 500mg of calcium carbonate. If you suffer fro indigestion a lot then I think you should go to see your Doctor. However, I only suffer if I have eaten a heavy meal as my digestion is not as good as it used to be when I was younger and I find it difficult to digest a heavy meal as my body cannot break it down as well as it used to be able to do.
These tablets are quite chalky but they do work well and they must be chewed and not swallowed. They work very quickly and very well and they are a good price and I recommend them to you.
