Then recieved a call from the delivery company to arrange delivery but to my billing address. I told them I has put in my delivery address but they said they cannot deliver to this one...

my experince with sainsburys was terrible we ordered thee items for delivery at the same time . they came on different days. we have trouble with one item and they dont seem to want to do anything about it its only 5 days old. I WOULD TELL PEOPLE TO NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM SAINSBURYS THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE DOES NOT EXSIT THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE DOES NOT EXIST

Disgraceful Service. Promised delivery for folowing week. Numerous calls, texts and emails to say it was coming. Day before, rang to say Samsung had let them down and couldn't deliver. Requested Samsung number - never got back to me. Subsequently supervisor admitted they'd never ordered the goods - nothing to do with Samsung at all. My advice - steer clear. A very poor reflection on Sainsburys.

Ordered a product had a great delivery by Wincanton. Sadly the item was faulty. Could I get help from the helpdesk? Advised they needed to contact an engineer and would not replace the item as they had none in stock, yet they were showing availability to purchase! Took a week to collect the faulty item. We had decided to have a refund due to being really upset with the service. Were adbised that a refund would take place 3 days after the return. That was 2 weeks ago and I'm still waiting for my 206.99. Do not buy from Sainsburys, they are a disgrace

DO NOT USE SAINSBURY'S!!! Ordered a washing machine for next day delivery on Tuesday. Phoned on Wednesday morning to check delivery time as I had received no confirmation as promised to be told none allocated to me & now out of stock. Promised delivery for Friday so booked yet another day off work, got the text this afternoon to say delivery tomorrow between 10-1 & now just had a call to say they can't deliver as Hotpoint haven't delivered this to them! After reading these reviews I will be cancelling tomorrow & heading for the High Street.

Good website. Rubbish customer services! Bought Washer Dryer online which said I would be contacte within 48 hours to arrange delivery, Had to phone them after 72 hours to be told I would get a phone call to deliver product in a weeks time. After probing further and the sales assistant checking another system, was told that actually theu didn't have the product in stock and it would be at least 14 working days!! Good job I probed further, Have now cancelled the order and am going elsewhere - on past experience once these things go wrong, there's no end to the problems! They were cheaper, but i'd rather pay extra and know i'm getting what I want, when I want!!

After waiting 11 days for the delivery of my appliance and having received a text message from Sainsburys at 4pm the day before the delivery was due to arrive to confirm the timeslot, I then received a call at 7p.m from a distribution company to say they did not have my appliance and it would not be delivered the next day.
