Hey! Time for another amazing review from Smeevil Productions! Hehe. Saints Row. The first thing that needs to be said, is they've almost litteraly taken GTA and put new graphics on it. Saints Row was the first game I bought when I purchased my Xbox 360. Like many people I was enticed by the idea of a Grand Theft Auto clone to keep me going for awhile until further GTA games became available. What I found was a game that stands up perfectly well on its own, a game that it would be unfair to compare to any of the GTA series, and a game that is incredibly fun to play. First of all, this is not suitable for kids. Do not buy your son or daughter this game, firstly because it's people like me that have to listen to them when they play online. Secondly it just can't be healthy exposing kids to this kind of stuff unless you want them to be a G when they grow up. Now that's out of the way, let's talk about enjoying this game for what it is. General: Saints Row is a gangster style game, much like the GTA series, and indeed, it used many of it's ideas. The game focuses on your character and his gang, trying to take back the city from your rivals. You can create your own character,however,it can only be a male. Gameplay: The controls take some getting used to, but once you've played it for a while, they're guite easy. Unlike some games whic are set in an entire city, there are no loading times when you go from one side of it to the other.
