Salter Traditional Mechanical Scales

I bought these recently after I had become frustrated with my other scales that relied upon batteries. Although the other scales were very efficient and took up less room they did seem to eat up batteries and become completely unusable when this was the case so they weren't very reliable at all. Fed up of getting my scales out of the cupboard to find that they weren't working i decided to go and buy myself a more reliable set of scales.
