By minimising the number of straps and buckles required this innovative carrier is easy to put on and take off. As a result parents do not become frustrated when attempting to use the carrier and can use the carrier easily without requiring the help of someone else.
The Samsonite Rival Front Baby Carrier is designed to be extremely quick and easy to use. There is a minimal number of straps and buckles making this carrier extremely easy to put on and take off. As a result parents do not become frustrated when attempting to use the carrier and can use the carrier easily without requiring the help of someone else. Designed with a lumbar support panel and made from padded rip stop nylon the Samsonite Rival is comfortable for both parent and baby. To add to the comfort factor the Samsonite Rival has a removable pod which gives smaller babies the support they need, a lining made from 100% soft cotton jersey and padded leg rolls. Technical reviews of the Samsonite Rival Front Baby Carrier have suggested that this is the safest carrier available because it only opens on one side. This feature makes it easy and safe to put the baby into and take out of the carrier and means there is no chance the baby can fall out of the carrier. In addition, the sides are designe

...After becoming pregnant i was given this babycarrier in a horrible gree colour. "i will never use this" i said to my partner. oh how wrong i was. bjorn babycarrier is one of the most comfortable and easy to use babycarriers ever! it comprises of 2 attachable parts. the actual carrier and the straps. the two are connected by clipping the carrier in at the bottom of the harness and also at the sides. the bottom of the harness has a large strap which can be pulled tight when using it for a small baby. and adjusted very easily as baby grows.

the baby is very comfortable and snugg in this carrier and because the carrier has only one side whichever the adult is wearing it the baby...

Advantages: good weight distribution Disadvantages: don't break it!
...My first daughter was born 10 years ago and it being November and not having enough money to buy a pushchair straight away we bought a second hand carrier to take her around in and when it was cold tucked her in our coats. 10 ½ years on we have a second daughter so being enamoured of carriers and totally out of touch I did a bit of research. It seemed that Baby Bjorn were ‘the’ ones to go for especially if you had a bit more cash to hand.
At 6 months pregnant I wondered off to our local baby equipment shop to look at carriers and lo and behold they had a feature on the Activ that was not out yet but would be widely available by the time I had given birth. I was still a bit dubious at £70 a lot of money for what it is but I figured it would get lots and lots of use as you can carrier up to 13 Kilos and it had lots of back support...

...UPDATE: This item allows you to carry your baby in a sling-type system across your chest. THe baby can face outwards or inwards. I have now had the Baby Bjorn in use for 3.5 months. It has been used almost everyday.
I was shown once in a shop how to use it and could easily repeat the process at home - I practiced with a teddy bear at first. Even without this, the instructions are very clear with pictures and text description. They detail the minimum and maximum baby weights for safe use. From 8lb (3.5Kg) to 22lb (10Kg). Cleverly, there is also a picture explanation sewn onto the Baby Bjorn in case you lose the instructions.
It comes in two parts. There is the strapping which you put on like a jacket. The babycarrier part then clips into this in three places either side. It is colour coded for ease of use...
