I got the E370 on the 19th of August 2006. I obtained it from The Carphone Warehouse for £120, with £20 pound of top up for free (on Virgin Mobile).
MP3 player.
This phone is very good as an MP3 player. I find it good because it can hold roughly 10, four minute (on average) songs. The sound quality is extremely good it also has built in speakers, which for the size of the phone are very loud; it has a lovely volume control on the side of the phone that looks good and is easy to use. There are 2 songs that are included with the phone. They are Linn B 'Falling in love' and Lynn 'Are you online.' To come free with the phone they aren't that bad sound tracks.
Camera.

I purchased the samsung e370 in January 2007 and am still using it two years on. This is probably the best phone I've bought thus far and is adequate for my needs. It is small and compact whilst packed with great features including 1.3 megapixel camera, video camera, bluetooth, mp3 player, and many more. The design is attractive, sleek and stylish and the candy bar pink version, which is the one i have is very pretty and ideal for young girls. I found this phone very easy to use and immediately mastered the functions without any need for the manual so its very straight forward to use for anyone including beginners. I think the only down side however about the samsung e370 is that there is limited memory and it cannot be expanded with a memory card, but i think for the price and th all the features it has it's still a good buy. ...

The Samsung E370 is a perfect example of a modern engineering wonder. It looks great, feels great and is packed full of features. Features that you would actually use, rather than ones that nobody would ever use and just sit there taking up room and/or memory space. For example, it features Bluetooth, but not infrared. The reason? Everyone has and uses Bluetooth as it is included on almost all new phones and is much quicker and easier to use than infrared. Therefore, infrared is not needed.
I could go on about the practicality of this phone, but I wont. Well, not for too long anyway. It has a sliding front system that hides the number, star and hash keys when they are not needed, and then places them in a very accessible position when they are needed.
