I was dubious about getting this phone, however as it was time for my upgrade on my contract, and I liked none of the other phones, I decided to go for this one.
The touch screen is the main attraction but it can also be the main reason that people don't like this phone. The touch screen takes about half an hour to get used to, but once how to touch it, and how long for, is mastered its a pleasant phone to use.

It comes with a cleaning cloth similar to that of glasses (to clean fingerprints off the screen), a velvety cloth case and a snap on flip hard case (however I find that the hard case can sometimes make it too bulky, but it does protect the screen from scratches and marks).
It has many features, too many to discuss here, so I'll mention my favourite. I like the option to display either the time or the calendar on the main screen and the ability to switch between the two with a gentle sweep across the screen - perhaps not the most important thing to mention but my favourite none the less! It doesn't however have any games pre installed, not even one.
It comes in black, the casing made of a metal which is handy when dropped although it isn't resistant to a dent or two unfortunately.
It has a 3 megapixel camera with options to edit images in the expected ways.

In summary I don't regret choosing this phone, and it serves all my needs in a phone; however I can't help but think this was designed with a specific target in mind, and that wasn't a university student! It seems to be aimed at the fashion conscious suited and booted gentleman/lady, a second phone for the business man perhaps.
Overall a good phone that feels and looks expensive and will attract looks wherever it's on display so be wary of envy and increased risk of being a victim of crime.

the samsung georgio armani is without a doubt one of the worst phones i've had. it looks amazing without a doubt, but the fact everything is touch screen apart from hang up, answer and the light/camera button makes life so much more difficult. sometimes, when dialling a telephone number you'll find yourself pressing a touch screen button 5 or 6 times before it finally recgonises your existance. this phone comes with a 1gb memory card wich is usefull, ... ...on ebay, eventually getting a samsung f700, which is by far one of the best phones ive had. samsung are very good when it comes to making phones... but everyone has there bad days. unfortunately this phone was made on one of them. it will have you moaning your socks off if you buy this. ...

Advantages: Sleek elegance design Disadvantages: No radio, Difficult to get used to
I've had the Giorgio Armani for 7 months. At first it was a little difficult getting used to the touch screen but you soon pick it up. The features of the phone are excellent, the camera takes great pictures even though it is only 3 Mega Pixels, and the only downfall is that the phone doesn't have a radio.
I believe that you can have 2 way+ coversations usin the Giorgio Armani. Basically meaning that I can call 2 or more people at once and we can ... ...this yet if it is true?
The main reason for me getting the phone was for its sleek elegance. Being credit card size it will fit into ANY bag or pocket, and with its designer label it is certainly something that you can show off.
I'm quite clumsy when it comes to phones but try not to drop it too much because this can cause problems with the speaker. My phone makes a rustling sound from time to time when i call people and it makes it very difficult ...

This phone is a fashion phone ONLY. It has all features which a mobile should have. But the touch screen is not as handy as it takes ages to type a simple messege, Its not only about practice but also the response of touch. Quick review of Samsung Armani
It may look good and be a good size, but it is not user friendly. The touch screen is slow to react to any commands whether its typing a message or using the applications, it is always frustratingly slow. Making phone calls is not an easy task and when you do successfully get it right, the line is frustratingly unclear for the person on the other end. So in the end it is just not a good phone and best to stay away. ...

samsung ARMANI. worst phone i have ever had.On 5th phone now,turned down 6th,as with the 5 before either the sound in earphone or/and the touch screen does not respond to touch & freezes thescreen.Also when screen freezes you may have touched the screen a few times and the phone goes haywire.Carphonewarehouse think this as normal.
