I was told not to use a colour laser printer under a £1000 for high quality colour prints. So my expectation was not high. Why did I buy it? I print a residents newsletter once a quarter about 6 sides and 450 -500 copies, besides personal printing items. Being a laser I am worry about the right type of paper for printing so I have not yet a year in used it for glossy photo paper.
I was able to print card but had to feed in using the manual feeder as I wanted to double side it.
I have been amazed at the speed I can print the newsletters even with two or three photos included. and the print quality is very good. As with all printers I have learned not to trust toner empty messages, provided I watch it print at that point at least 500 pages can be printed - that is a saving.
It is so easy to change the toner, and even in a confind space where I have put it I can easily retreive jammed paper, which you can not help. Laser lable have been fine as have envelopes.
I would not like to carry it up stairs on my own it is too heavy but other than that I can find no fault what so ever. A week of rointing with my trust desk jet is down to 2 days and everyone ahs commented on hte improved print quality.
I have heard that these are poor machines just don't get a Friday one and you will be laughing it is a great printer and excellent value for money.

The embossed characters change color between red gold and blue when viewed from different angles. Verification of the embossed character is possible by feeling the texture.
