Snap Happy Samsung!

Advantages: Great camera at a great price.
Disadvantages: None at the price, you get a great item for what you pay!

I bought this camera in ASDA at the incredible price of £75 in a gorgeous chrome silver colour (pictured). I am probably one of the most indecisive shoppers around, so when it came to buying a digital camera, I was thoroughly confused by the choice and newly released technology, meaning every week a new camera with more mega pixels and better zoom and a toaster built in was released! This certainly does not making chosing easy! Well, thanks to the advice of the very helpful assistant in ASDA, I was able to finally decide on the Samsung ES55 and have no regrets! Ok, so how do you chose the right camera for you? It's all about accepting there is SO much variety but making sure you know what you want, that way you can really trim down the choice. Samsung R519

Advantages: Looks Amazing
Disadvantages: only a 250GB hard drive

another great laptop! the design looks amazing in every way! thro they could of done something with the spaces either side of the keyboard, i think the black rely brings it out. the display quality complements the build quality in that this laptop wont fall apart on you any time soon. samsung are renowned for there build quality!. the graphics card it good, Intel's own an latest. 3GBs ram although becoming slightly regular is still top end when it comes down to it. that with the processor will give a very speedy laptop. the hard drive isn't great i would of liked to see at leased a 500GB in a 15.6" display size laptop, the CD drive doesn't support blu-ray which is a shame but we can all do without the expensive costs of blu-ray DVDs quality or not. the OS is vista home premium which will run very well on the hardware specifications ...

Review of Samsung R519 P

Samsung's Neat Little Netbook

Advantages: Good performance, Good connectivity options, Good webcam, 160GB HDD, Upgradeable
Disadvantages: Not very good accessories, Picks up Fingerprints, Weird button under touchpad

button under touchpad - Resolution could be higher VERDICT Overall, I think the Samsung NC10 is an excellent laptop. I like the look of it, the performance, the keyboard, the connectivity options and even the battery life. I would prefer for it to have Draft N wireless and maybe for it to be a bit lighter but those are minor niggles. One thing I would have liked is a higher resolution, even if the 1024 x 600 is perfectly usable, a higher one would give more flexibility in how well certain content is displayed on the laptop. i.e. movies, graphics, etc. Those things aside, I would highly recommend the NC10 or even the newer Samsung netbook models that supercede the NC10 (i.e. NC20). Buy an external DVD drive and you can even use it as a normal laptop as the performance is very good for the price. Thanks for reading! ...
